SHIPPING COSTS AND RETURNS
Shipping costs are included in all final prices. Angry Charlie's Garlic Bread Croutons are shipped in sets to keep shipping costs low for everyone.
We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we are very serious about our croutons. We want you to love our product as much as we do. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please reach out to us via email at email@example.com.
We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective and, as such, we do not provide refunds in instances of change of mind, incorrect orders placed by recipient or dissatisfaction due to personal taste or preference.
Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.
We do our best to minimize product breakage in transit; however, croutons can experience some breakage during shipping. If your food product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Refunds in cases of defective or damaged products will be evaluated on a case by case basis and we will do our best to ensure customer satisfaction.
For damaged products that are not purchased directly from ACGB Croutons (e.g. grocery store, vendor, etc), please contact the store where original purchase was made. In most instances, you may be asked to provide your original sales receipt.
We will make every effort to maintain consistency on our advertised products. However, from time to time some of our items (e.g. tins and baskets) are limited due to demand, discontinued and may not be available. When this occurs, we reserve the right to substitute an item with one of equal or greater value, without notice and without any additional cost to you.
